Cloudflare: This Login Form has expired. Please log in again.
Just recently i had to deal with some sort of login problem when trying to access my Cloudflare account. Despite me having ticked the “Keep me logged in on this computer” optione before actually logging in i kinda ran into a loop and always ended up with the login form on my screen. No matter if i ticked that box or not, Cloudflare simply wouldn’t let me login and displayed the “This Login Form has expired. Please log in again.” message in my browser. At first i thought it might be some problem with the Cloudflare login itself, but when i, out of desperation, tried a different browser the login worked. Having some technical knowledge about how logins work i figured it must be something wrong with either my FireFox or a cookie issue.
So i went and disabled all FireFox addons that could interfere with the login, unfortunately this didn’t solve the issue. The next step was to remove all Cookies in my FireFox that were related to Cloudflare (kinda easy to figure out which of the cookies belong to Cloudflare). And what can i say? After removing the Cloudflare Cookies the login worked fine again in Firefox. But why did this happen? A bit more testing showed that my IP address changed while i was logged in, and that change must have invalidated the Cookie somehow. So yeah, if you run into the same kind of loop it’s definitely worth removing your Cloudflare Cookies from your browser, and right after that the Cloudflare login should work fine again.
